A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. Character: The Flying Dutchman lives in a Ghost Ship that's floating above Bikini Bottom. His occupation: Haunting sprees in charge of Davy Jones's Locker. But he also likes to terrify innocent people and to make fancy rope knots (but he does not know how to tie shoes!). Whenever he apperars, The Flying Dutchman is loud, scary (well, almost xD) and sort of cruel. But he is also easily to confuse and Spongebob is very good at confusing our green-glowing friend. The Flying Dutchman is also zapping those who disagree with him. Though he is always floating above Bikini Bottom with his Ghost Ship, he has a wife and a cousin somewhere and a bunch of ghost buddies.

Physical Appearance: The Flying Dutchman glows green, has a scraggly beard, a droopy nose and little pigtails. He wears a uniform and has a pirate hat with a chunk taken out. The most significant attribute is that he has no legs. Beneath his belly there's his ghost tail whose end is normally covered by a sock when The Flying Dutchman is at home.
